in on this eServices system before, the annual return system or at one of our self
service terminals. If you haven't logged in on those systems before then we don't
have your email address or cellphone number, therefore we can't send you new login
details.
If you're experiencing problems resetting your password then send an e-mail to resetpassword@cipc.co.za,
with the following:
- Certified identity copy not older than 3 months
- Letter (signed by customer) requesting the password reset
- Updated e-mail address and cellphone number
